To sign up, client must have a SmartPay account and submit the documents required. Our friendly ROVR personnel will contact you to make an appointment for site visitation to check on the entrance of your premise(s).
Currently, we are signing on partners in the Klang Valley, Johor and Pahang. We are expanding quickly though so we will keep you posted when we are operating in other states.
There will not be any minimum committed amount of fuel in terms of the contract. However, to enjoy free delivery charges, the business will only need to purchase at least 650 litres per trip on average in a month.
You may reschedule or cancel an order by contacting our customer service team via Whatsapp or calling your designated operations specialist. We highly recommend you inform the team no later than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery on any required changes.
Our ROVR truck will park at your premises to fill up your fleet and/or Mini PCS. During this period, our friendly ROVR crew will carry out the entire process of refuelling; partners and other third parties will not be allowed to touch ROVR’s equipment at any time.
All fuel delivered is charged based on actual amounts, and all transactions are automatically recorded. These transaction records are viewable via your ROVR App. Should there be any discrepancies, kindly contact us and we will investigate further.
All ROVR crew are required to sanitise the cabin of the trucks between changes of drivers and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) during the refuelling process to curb Covid 19 infections. Only crew are allowed to handle refuelling equipment at any time.
The basic requirements to sign up for a Mini PCS is to have a suitable yard to place the Mini PCS in, and for you to be agreeable to storing flammable materials onsite. Our operations team will also carry out a suitability assessment of your site.

The dispensing system in your Mini PCS is tied to our ROVR Hub application. Do get in touch with your designated ROVR Specialist to lean more on the steps to operate your Mini PCS.
Dispensing of fuel from the Mini PCS is fully controlled by the ROVR Hub application. Nobody can acquire fuel from the Mini PCS without access to the application. Therefore, it is advisable to assign a dedicated person to supervise the usage of the Mini PCS.
All refuelling done through the Mini PCS is also recorded by our software, so any unpermitted fuelling efforts are identifiable via transaction records.

ROVR often collaborates with the government to deploy trucks to refuel the vehicles of those affected by floods and previously, EMCO. We also have set up Mini PCS in rural areas of East Malaysia to assist the communities there gain access to fuel.
